Is this therapy?
No. BrotherBench is a peer community and facilitated friendship circle. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide mental-health care. If you need a licensed professional, please see one. Facilitators hold structure and safety — they are not your therapists.
What if I'm in crisis?

Do I have to share deep feelings?
No. You can pass any round. Most men start light. Consistency beats intensity.

Can I cancel?
